InteriorWorx and our family of companies are always looking for good people, and you can help. If you know someone who would be a good addition to our family, you could be awarded a bonus for your referral if he or she is hired and stays with the company.

How to earn your cash!

Spread the word of our openings — encourage other qualified individuals to apply to our positions on our InteriorWorx career website and have them list your name on their application. If they are hired, contact Recruiting to ensure that we set you up for your rewards.

 

Program Rules

• All ‘Regular, Full-Time’; ‘Exempt’ & ‘Non-Exempt’ employee positions, except for executive level, human resources, and hiring managers are eligible. Trade position referrals are also eligible.
The referral bonus will not be awarded for Temporary, Seasonal, Contract or Intern positions.

• In order to qualify for payment, the candidate for hire MUST have identified the name of the employee on their application as the referring employee, OR, the hiring manager/candidate MUST email the name to Recruiting during the hire process, AND before their first day of work.

• The referring employee must agree to have his or her name used when the company contacts the candidate.

• The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment. The date of submission of the referral’s resume will be considered in the situation where the same candidate is referred by two different employees.

• All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.

• All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.

• The referring employee must be employed by InteriorWorx and our family of companies during the hired candidate’s “payout period” of employment to receive payment of the referral bonus.

• Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled through Human Resources.

Referral Payout Policy

• The “Payout Period” is as follows: Once the referred newly hired candidate successfully completes 30 days of continuous employment, the referring employee will receive 33% of the referral bonus ($250.00).

• After the completion of 6 months, another 33% will be rewarded to the referring employee ($250.00).

• After 12 months of completion, a final 33% will be awarded to the referring employee ($250.00).

All newly hired candidates must be on ‘good standing’ as required before payment. Human Resources may need to check-in with hiring managers to get the update on their performance, prior to payout.

 

Quarterly Drawing

At the end of each quarter, we will also hold a drawing for valuable cash/prizes. For every qualified referral that was hired and completed at least 3 months of employment, your name (referring employee) will be entered in the drawing for a prize of $250.
