ReSource Arizona by InteriorWorx is a regional commercial flooring contractor with more than 25 years of experience in the sales, installation and maintenance of all types of flooring. We serve a wide range of industries, including education, healthcare, hospitality, corporate clients and municipalities. We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative with flooring experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize experience and knowledge from the flooring industry to supply our clients with the best products and services for their needs.
• Work together with other ReSource team members to measure, estimate, and collect information about potential jobs.
• Execute sales effort with the highest professionalism.
• Educate clients and project team members about products and installation processes; ensure that projects are managed effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, designers, architects and other clients
• Provide world-class customer service

Requirements:

• 5+ years of construction-related experience
• Flooring sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or some college education together with equivalent work experience)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• References required
