Office Coordinator – Arizona

Due to our commitment to be the best in the industry, we are growing. Due to this growth, we are looking for a full time Office Coordinator in our Arizona office

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
  • Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Be willing to learn.
  • Construction and residential lighting knowledge a plus but not required


  • View and navigate builder websites
  • Review estimator plans
  • Enter sales orders/projects into Netsuite
  • Communicate with purchasing/estimating in regards to new products that need to be entered in our system
  • View/Print/file upcoming sales orders
  • Assist with installer schedules
  • Create lighting Purchase Orders
  • Create installer schedules
  • Communicate with builder Superintendent’s in a professional manor
  • Keep a detail record of shortages/punch list/back orders/defects
  • Handle all Customer Service work orders
  • Create Projects for AZ Builders
  • Process Sales Orders
  • Clear monthly open orders
  • Enter installer time sheets
  • Go through monthly Pulte AR reports, and create sales orders and/or credits as needed
  • Back up warehouse fulfillment’s when needed
