With over 15 years in business and as a part of the InteriorWorx family of companies, Krosswood Doors is helping families redefine how they design and build the space they call home. We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate. The qualified applicant should be outgoing and an enterprising entry-level professional.
As the BDA you will be the front line in engaging with customers and assisting our leadership team with a variety of administrative activities related to our marketing and E-Commerce activities!
Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media and live chat
- Track customer interactions in our CRM and engage with leads through email/phone on a regular contact schedule
- Help customers configure products online and build custom estimates
- Assist with processing returns, credits, warranty claims, and other customer service request as needed
- Receive and translate online orders into sales orders
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 year customer facing sales or customer support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience tracking customer interactions in a CRM system – Netsuite experience is beneficial
- High level of attention to detail
- Works enthusiastically with customers and co-workers
- Willingness to adapt to quickly changing processes and priorities
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
