With over 15 years in business and as a part of the InteriorWorx family of companies, Krosswood Doors is helping families redefine how they design and build the space they call home. We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate. The qualified applicant should be outgoing and an enterprising entry-level professional.

As the BDA you will be the front line in engaging with customers and assisting our leadership team with a variety of administrative activities related to our marketing and E-Commerce activities!

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media and live chat
  • Track customer interactions in our CRM and engage with leads through email/phone on a regular contact schedule
  • Help customers configure products online and build custom estimates
  • Assist with processing returns, credits, warranty claims, and other customer service request as needed
  • Receive and translate online orders into sales orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 1 year customer facing sales or customer support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience tracking customer interactions in a CRM system – Netsuite experience is beneficial
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Works enthusiastically with customers and co-workers
  • Willingness to adapt to quickly changing processes and priorities
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
