Aspen Countertops is part of the InteriorWorx family and is a full-service countertop manufacturer and installer based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and serving the Inter-mountain area. We help our clients choose the right design, style, and materials to accent any kitchen, bathroom, or bar in their home.

We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator. As the Project Coordinator you will be focusing on project tracking, communication with customers and install teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee small to large commercial countertop fab/installation projects simultaneously
  • Conduct prep calls to clients to create point of contact for project
  • Track progress of projects from start to finish and provided updates as appropriate
  • Scheduling appointments with homeowners, contractors and other trades
  • Order materials for multiple shops- keeping inventory of the material
  • Managing schedules for up to 6 install crews
  • Resolve conflicts quickly, effectively, proactively and efficiently
  • Act as liaison between client and field teams for all manner of communications
  • Manage resources to make sure schedule is on track

Qualifications:

  • One or more years project coordinator/management experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Thrives in collaborative environment
  • Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Be proactive and have excellent communication skills

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour
